Billing questions
What happens to my links if I cancel?
They stay live until the end of the period you paid for. After that they follow the free policy: seven days, then restorable in the archive for thirty days. Nothing is deleted the moment you cancel.
How does annual billing work?
Plus is $80 a year and Pro is $180 a year, which is two months free against the monthly price. You are charged once and can switch back to monthly at renewal.
Does a Link Pass renew?
No. It is a single payment for a single link for ninety days. We will email you around day seventy-five so the expiry does not surprise you, and you can extend or move to a subscription then.
Can I buy more than one Link Pass?
Yes, one per link. If you find yourself buying a third in a month, Plus is cheaper and gives you a hundred links.
Is tax included?
Prices are in US dollars. Any VAT or sales tax required in your country is calculated at checkout by our merchant of record, and your invoice will show it.
Can I get a refund?
If the product did not do what this page says, write to support@dapols.com within fourteen days and we will refund you. No form, no retention script.
Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-cycle?
Yes. Changes are prorated against what you have already paid, and your existing links keep working through the switch.
What payment methods work?
Cards, and the wallets your device offers at checkout. Billing runs through Polar as merchant of record, so invoices and tax are handled properly.
